Farm Stay Policies

No Event or Gathering larger than the max guest accommodations shall take place on the property with out managements knowledge.

All Events or Gathering must be coordinated with management at least 48 hours prior to guest’s arrival. All outside vendor access to MarFarm must be approved by management.

Please use caution around the animals. Pet at your own risk. Keep an eye on small children. Please watch your step on uneven grounds.

This is a private property.

Please no trespassing.

Privacy

Please note that MarFarm does all it can to ensure guest privacy during their stay. However MarFarm is a fulling functioning farm. Staff is required to maintain the extensive property. Employed MarFarm staff will be onsite during your stay and will do their best to respectfully maintain your privacy while completing their required tasks.

As MarFarm is a converted horse stable with working stables still attached. Boarders may come from time to time to maintain their horses and enjoy the property.

Please note that MarFarm is an experience stay and will have other individuals on property to maintain, enjoy or stopover. The property is secured by a gate and code for security.

Cancellations & Refunds 

In the event of a cancellation, it is necessary to notify Owner/Property Manager as soon as possible.  Your payment will be refunded in full (less any transaction fees if using VRBO or InnRoad) as long as the request to cancel is received by us not less than thirty days prior to the arrival date in your reservation. If the request to cancel is received by us less than thirty days prior to the arrival date in your reservation, date, only 50% of the full rental amount (less any transaction fees if using VRBO or InnRoad) will be refunded.
